This page is a repository for filmed interviews and other visual content. The interviews are with my co-author Alysa Zalma, M.D. at the Surya Chandra Retreat Center in Oregon. It was late October of 2020. Our entire team finally gathered for a day of safe filming, photos and bonding. As we did our interviews on the yoga deck my heart filled with a swell of gratitude for the beautiful people surrounding this project.
